Insurance details can sometimes be confusing. That is why it is important to tell us about all the insurance policies that you are covered under. Not doing so may result in your insurance company refusing payment for services rendered. If you have any questions regarding your coverage one of our staff members would be happy to help you
Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call (775) 324-0288, or contact us.
Please bring a picture ID and your insurance cards to each appointment. If you have been referred by another doctor, we will need to know that information when we make your appointment. It will help us gather information about you that may be helpful to our doctors, such as previous lab work, x-rays, CAT scans, ultrasounds and mammography.
All co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of your appointment
New patients are always welcome!
Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
