Insurance details can sometimes be confusing.  That is why it is important to tell us about all the insurance policies that you are covered under. Not doing so may result in your insurance company refusing payment for services rendered.  If you have any questions regarding your coverage one of our staff members would be happy to help you.

Please be sure to bring a list of all your current medications including any herbal supplements when you come to see the doctor.  This is especially important for new patients or if you have not seen our doctors in several months.  This will help us provide you with the quality healthcare that you expect and deserve.
